By placing an order with Hill Farm Homestead Store (“Hill Farm,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Orders, production, and shipping
Items are printed or made on demand after you order. Production takes 2 to 8 business days, plus shipping time. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on US orders. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

Returns, cancellations, and personalization
See our Shipping & Returns policy. Because items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Production can begin as soon as one hour after you order. We can cancel or change an order only if production has not started. Personalized items cannot be changed once production starts.

Colors and variation
Screens differ, so printed and embroidered colors may vary slightly from product photos. Washed or vintage-style items, like our twill caps, are intentionally distressed and vary from piece to piece.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and all digital sales are final. See our Digital Product Policy.

Our designs and liability
All Hill Farm designs, logos, and artwork belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies.
