Privacy Policy

Hill Farm Homestead Store ("Hill Farm," "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you order, create an account, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and your order details. We also collect basic information about how you use our site, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.

How we use your information

We use it to process and ship your orders, send order updates and download links, respond to your questions, improve our site, and, if you have signed up, send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Production and shipping partners: Printful and Printify receive your name and shipping address to make and ship your order.

Payment processing: payments are handled securely by our payment processor through Wix. We never see or store your full card number.

Website and email services: our site is hosted by Wix, and our newsletter is sent through Brevo.

Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle issues, and meet tax and legal requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and our payment and hosting providers use industry-standard security. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing hello@hillfarmhomesteadstore.com. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as knowing what we collect and requesting deletion. We honor these requests for all customers.
